Offered here is a rookie era signature from the late great Kobe Bryant. Drafted directly out of Lower Merion High School in 1996 by the Charlotte Hornets, he was quickly traded to the Los Angeles Lakers where he led the purple and gold to five NBA titles and was the 2008 NBA MVP. Bryant is pictured here in a purple Lakers’ jersey with his early-career number “8”, wearing yellow Lakers’ shorts and in mid-air holding the ball below his legs looking directly at the camera with his mouth wide open. The basket is not too far to Kobe’s left as he loads up for a monster jam. Bryant has signed his name in gold marker to the right of his image and inscribed “#8”. This photograph has been matted in a gray background with a black plated that has Kobe’s signature printed in gold. This has been framed to a dimension of 12 x 18 inches and comes with a LOA from JSA.
