Offered here are nine team-signed baseballs from the collection of Stan Naccarato, the late general manager of the Tacoma Rainiers of the Pacific Coast League. Naccarato’s time in Tacoma dates back to the mid 1970’s when his AAA team funneled some of the talent that helped the New York Yankees win back-to-back World Series titles in 1977 and 1978. These 10 baseballs have various stampings, including the Tacoma Giants, a Jim Catfish Hunter All-Star, two Official American League Lee MacPhail baseballs, an Official American League Joseph E. Cronin baseball, an Official American League Bobby Brown baseball, an Official Pacific Coast League ball, a Regulation League ball and a Tacoma Pacific League ball. There are 100’s of signatures, with signatures including Hall of Famers Rickey Henderson and Dave Winfield, Don Mattingly, Willie Randolph, Joe Altobelli, Lou Piniella, Doug Drabek and many others.
