Offered here are three game used baseballs. The first baseball is an Official Allan H. Selig baseball hit for a foul ball by Colorado Rockies batter Drew Stubbs off of Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw in the bottom of the second inning of the July 4, 2014 game. This ball has been signed by Kershaw in black fine-tipped marker on the side panel. This comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ320006) for the game use and a COA from JSA for the signature.
The next ball is a Robert D. Manfred, Jr. stamped ball with an Opening Day 2019 logo stamp used during the March 28, 2019 game between the New York Mets and Washington Nationals in DC. This ball was used for two strikes against New York Mets outfielder Juan Lagres in the top of the eighth inning, who struck out. This ball was then used for four pitches against Mets’ batter Dominic Smith. Three of the pitches were balls and one was a strike. This ball has been signed by Max Scherzer in blue pen on the side panel with the Opening Day 2019 stamp and inscribed “2019 Opening Day K” and “2019 WS Champs”. This comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JD543746) for the game use and signature and a COA from JSA for the signature.
The final ball in this lot was pitched by Justin Verlander of the Detroit Tigers to Ian Desmond of the Colorado Rockies, who hit this ball for a ground-out to third base in the bottom of the fourth inning during the August 30, 2017 game. This ball comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JB857864) for the game use.
