In his first at game Cabrera hit a walk-off game winning home run, proving he wasn't just another rookie. Cabrera filled up his stunning debut by hitting 11 more homers and helping lead the Marlins to an improbable World Series Championship. Not bad for a 20 year-old's first season in the majors! This black jersey was worn by Cabrera during that 2003 debut season The jersey has "MARLINS" in silver, teal, white and black tackle twill script across the front. Russell size 50 label is sewn in the lower left front tail. The left sleeve has the Marlin patch and the right has the colorful Marlins 10th Anniversary patch. The back has "CABRERA" across the shoulders and his number "20" below, both in silver, teal, white and black tackle twill. The two-time AL MVP has signed the "2" in blue Sharpie adding "Game Used 2003". A great gamer from the very beginning of a career that is destined to finish with a plaque in the Baseball Hall of Fame.
