This nameplate was removed from his locker on August 9th, 2014 after the Yankees 3-0 loss to the Cleveland Indians,the date Jeter tied Honus Wagner for sixth on the career hit list with 3,430. Jeter signed the nameplate in black marker to the left of his name.
