The Nike 2XL tag with the Lakers logo on the left and the NBA Authentics logo on the right is sewn on the bottom front left tail. Fox’s number “17” is handwritten on the Nike tag. There is a yellow stripe with purple and white borders separating the right sleeve and shoulder. The left sleeve has a thinner yellow, purple and white stripe towards the shoulder and the “2000 NBA Finals” patch on the end. The sides have a thick yellow stripe with purple and white borders. Fox has signed his name on the stripe on the right shoulder in black marker. This comes with a LOA from Rick Fox.
