Former NBA star Rick Fox enjoyed a stellar 13-season career playing for the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers. The Canadian-born forward out of the University of North Carolina, won three titles with the Lakers from 2000-2002 and retired following the 2004 season. Fox was a standout player for Dean Smith at UNC, where he was First-Team All-ACC in 1991 and led the Tar Heels to the 1991 Final Four.
Offered here is a home North Carolina Tar Heels mesh jersey worn by Rick Fox during his playing days at UNC. This jersey, circa 1987-1991, was manufactured by Wilson and is a size 50. “NORTH 44 CAROLINA” is sewn on in sky-blue tackle twill on the front with the Wilson size 50 tag and “4-INCH X-LENGTH” flag sewn on the bottom front left tail. The back of the jersey has “FOX” and “44” sewn on in sky-blue tackle twill. The collar, open sleeves and sides have sky-blue striping. This jersey comes with a LOA from Rick Fox.
