All of the standard-sized FDCs boast strong signatures and clean presentation quality, and all bear complete and official "First Day of Issue" postal cancellations. The quartet includes: Gerald R. Ford (38th US President, Gateway cachet); George H.W. Bush (41st US President, Gateway cachet); Nancy Reagan (First Lady, Gateway cachet, personalized); Lady Bird Johnson (First Lady, Art Craft cachet, U.N. FDC). All four of the presidential figures who have signed are now deceased. This lot comes with a JSA Auction Letter.
