Offered here are two signed Easton Press Collector’s Edition books featuring the great astronauts in American history. Both of these books are in a black leather-bound covering with the first book titled “APOLLO 13”. Apollo 13 was the flight that incurred a near-disaster accident on the way to the moon in April of 1970, that ultimately turned into a rescue mission. This book has been signed on the title page in blue pen by Apollo 13 commander Jim Lovel and the book’s author Jeffrey Kluger. The second book is titled “John Glenn: A Memoir” and has been signed by Glenn in blue fine-tipped marker on the title page. Glenn was the first astronaut in space as part of the Mercury program and later represented the state of Ohio in the United States Senate from 1974 to 1999. Both of these books come with individual COAs from JSA for the signatures.
