An all-star in all 13 of his big league seasons, Joe DiMaggio is widely regarded as one of the best hitters to ever play the game. During his incredible career, "Joltin' Joe" won an astonishing nine World Series championships, three Most Valuable Player awards, and hit in a major league record 56 consecutive games. This original full "Life" magazine is dated August, 1 1949 and features a flawless blue signature. Other than a small piece of address label, the magazine appears in very nice condition for a piece over 60 years old. The magazine measures approximately "10x13.5" with the total framed piece being "14.5x18". This gorgeous "Joe D" signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA and comes with a full LOA and also includes photos of DiMaggio signing the piece.
