Offered is a lot of two vintage photographs featuring Sandy Koufax. The first 8x10 photograph is from (left to right) Don Drysdale, Sandy Koufax and Roger Maris. Captured in the moment is Koufax enjoying a laugh with former teammate Don Drysdale and home-run hitter Roger Maris during an NBC production. In 1967, Koufax signed a 10-year contract with NBC for $1 million to be a broadcaster on the Saturday Game of the Week. The second item in this lot is an 8x10 photograph featuring Sandy Koufax in his University of Cincinnati warm up. This photo is most likely from his early college career around 1953-54 and ended up playing basketball and baseball at the University of Cincinnati, where he was discovered by the Dodgers. Both photographs display NM-MT condition.
