Offered here is the official lineup card from the August 12, 1955 between the Milwaukee Braves and Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. Hall of Famer Hank Aaron went 2-for-4 with a double – his 50th career two-bagger. This lineup card is blue with “ON ROAD – OFFICIAL BATTING ORDER CLUB MILWAUKEE” printed in black on the top. The card has two columns “ORIGINAL” and “CHANGE” with the lineup handwritten in blue pen and reads “Bruton Logan Mathews Aaron Crowe Tanner Thomson Crandall Crone”. The Change column has A and B lines next each line in the order. George Crowe only played for the Braves in 1955 and only featured this exact lineup August 12, 1955.
