Hall of Fame catcher Mike Piazza hit his first career grand slam during the June 6, 1994 game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Florida Marlins at Joe Robbie Stadium. Offered here are two lineup cards from the June 6, 1994 game. The Dodgers official card is blue with “ON ROAD-OFFICIAL BATTING ORDER CLUB LOS ANGELES”. Handwritten in blue pen is the dated “6/6/94”. There are three columns “ORIGINAL”, “CHANGE” and “ALSO ELIGIBLE” with the Dodgers lineup handwritten in blue pen that reads “Butler Rye Piazza Wallach Rodriguez Karros Mondesi Ingram Candiotti”. “Tom Lasorda” was printed in blue pen next to the “MANAGER’S SIGNATURE” line and “Lose-11-10” is written in green pen underneath Candiotti. There is a vertical crease down the center.

The second card is a cream-colored carbon copy of the Florida Marlins lineup. “OFFCIAL BATTING ORDER CLUB FLORIDA” is printed on the top and “6-6-94” is copied on the top right. There are three columns “ORIGINAL”, “CHANGE” and “ALSO ELIGIBLE” with the Marlins’ lineup copied in black that reads “Carr 8 Browne 5 Carrillo 9 Conine 7 Collbrum 3 Santiago 2 Diaz 6 Barberie 4 Gardner 1.” Manager Rene Lacheman’s name is next to the “HOME MANAGER’S COPY”. There is a vertical crease down the center.  Originally sourced from Tommy Lasorda's personal collection.
