Offered here is the official NBA spiral-bound scorebook from the 1984-85 New Jersey Nets. The Nets finished 42-40 under head coach Stan Albeck and were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Detroit Pistons. Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls made three visits to the Meadowlands Arena, one on December 14, 1984, one on January 16, 1985 and the last visit on April 13, 1985 – the last home game before the playoffs. Each game has been marked in black pen and the Bulls’ games show Jordan’s in-game stats that include “Field Goals” and “Free Throws” per quarter having been marked with check marks and handwritten numbers. The print and columns are all in green and the front cover of this white book has “NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION OLYMPIC TOWER – 645 FIFTH AVENUE NEW YORK, N.Y. 10022 (212)826-7000” printed in green. A great piece of NBA memorabilia from Jordan’s rookie season.
