Offered in this lot is a commemorative 2019 First Man on the Moon 11 Troy ounce .999 silver coin. This rare coin, limited to a release of 100 examples, features an ulta-high-relief lunar design on the reverse, while the obverse features a high-relief portrait of Elizabeth II and the text “Elizabeth II - 2019” and “Ascension Island”. NASA operated a tracking station on Ascension Island during the 1969 manned lunar missions. This exceedingly rare coin is a limited-edition 48 of 100 and it comes in the original presentation box.
