Houston Astros All-Star second baseman Jose Altuve wore this home white jersey on September 18, 2014, a 2-1 13-inning loss to the Cleveland Indians. Altuve was hitless in this game, but still led the American League in batting average, hits, and stolen bases. The diminutive second baseman was named an All-Star for the second time in 2014, and he led the Astros in WAR with a 6.1 mark.

This Majestic size 44 white home jersey features “ASTROS” sewn across the front in navy-on-orange tackle twill. Altuve’s number “27” is sewn on the front and back in navy-on-orange tackle twill. “ALTUVE” is sewn across the back shoulders in navy-on-orange tackle twill. An orange and navy MLB logo is present on the outside back collar. The left sleeve features a circular Houston Astros logo above a navy Majestic logo. A Majestic size “44” tag is present on the front left tail of the jersey, along with an additional Majestic tag that reads “44 S9 ‘14”. A Majestic “COOL BASE” tag is attached to the side. The area of the jersey below the underarms is made of a white mesh material. Altuve signed his name on the back in black marker between his numbers and inscribed “17 AL MVP”. This jersey comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ372720), authenticating that this jersey was worn for the last time during the September 18, 2014 game and a LOA from Beckett Authentication for his signature.
