Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve enjoyed another solid season in 2015, where he led the American League in hits with 200 and stolen bases with 33. Altuve earned his third All-Star Game selection and finished the season with a .313 batting average. Jose Altuve used this Tucci Lumber TL-JA27-M model bat during Game 1 of the American League Division Series where he went 3-for-5 in the Astros 5-2 win over the Kansans City Royals. Altuve also had an RBI and run scored in the Houston victory.

This bat displays outstanding use and has a crack on the handle after getting his third hit of the game in the top of fifth inning that drove in his lone RBI. There are ball marks, transfer marks and white leather scuffs present on the barrel. There is a coating of pine tar on the handle and there is a mark on the handle that identifies the grain, which has been mandatory per Major League Baseball for all maple bats manufactured after 2009. Altuve’s number “27” is affixed to the knob with a gold sticker and black print. Altuve has signed his name in silver marker on the barrel and inscribed “27”. This bat comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JB045524) for the game use during Game 1 of the 2015 ALDS at Kansas City and a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (AD90483) for Altuve’s signature.
