In 1971, the dean of baseball writing, Roger Kahn, published this ode to the Brooklyn Dodgers franchise. Chronicling his experience growing up and following the “Bums,” more than 50 former Dodgers have signed and inscribed the preface pages. These signatures include Sandy Koufax, Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider, Dick Williams, Ralph Branca, Carl Erskine, Tommy Lasorda, Preacher Roe, Tommy Holmes, Gene Mauch, Don Newcombe, Clyde Sukeforth, Mickey Owen, Eddie Stanky, Gene Hermanski, and many others, including author Roger Kahn. Signatures are written in blue ink and graded ("9-10"). The previously read book retains an overall Fine condition. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
