Hall of Famer Warren Spahn, the winningest left-handed pitcher of all time, was not only a dominant pitcher, but an overall solid player with his bat and fielding his position. Spahn was the anchor of the Boston/Milwaukee Braves' pitching staff for two decades, leading the National League in wins seven times and winning 20 games 13 times – a total he shares with Christy Mathewson and only exceeded by Cy Young. Spahn led the NL in strikeouts four seasons in a row from 1949-52 and pitched two no-hitters along the way.

This offered Milwaukee Braves dugout jacket was worn by Spahn in the late 1950’s. This size 46 jacket was made by Wilson and features the “Braves” logo with the tomahawk paraph sewn on across the zipper-down front in red and white felt for the “Braves” wordmark and navy, red and gold felt for the tomahawk. The jacket displays heavy wear and has red, navy, white and gold stripes on the collar and sleeve ends in a ribbed material. The sleeves and torso are separated by red stripes and the front has two pockets. Sewn on the tan inside is the Wilson tag and the “46” flag. There is an additional black felt patch with “21” sewn on in gold. There is heavy wear on the sleeves with team repairs with other abrasion marks and some loose stitching. This jacket comes with a LOA from MEARS (314055) for the use.
