At just 22 years of age and already in his fifth season in the league, Kobe Bryant led the Los Angeles Lakers to their second straight championship in 2001, following up a 56-win season with a ridiculous 15-1 playoff run that culminated with an NBA title over the Philadelphia 76ers. The Lakers would complete the three-peat in 2002, and Kobe would add a fourth and fifth ring to his collection in 2009 & 2010, retiring in 2016 with the third most points scored in league history. This offered Los Angeles Lakers 2001 NBA Finals road jersey was signed by the late great Kobe Bryant. This Nike size 52 jersey has “LAKERS” sewn on the front and “BRYANT” sewn on the back in yellow and white tackle twill. Bryant’s original number “8” is sewn on the front and back in white and yellow tackle twill. Bryant signed his name in black marker on the center of the “8” on the back and this jersey the “2001 NBA FINALS” logo patch on the upper right chest and the NBA logo embroidered on the upper left chest. The sides have a thick yellow stripe bordered with white and yellow. This jersey comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (9A07943) for Bryant’s signature.
