The "Shot Heard Round the World" remains forever chiseled into baseball lore, confirming Berra's declaration "It ain't over, until it's over." The barrel of this pristine black, 35-inch, Model 125 Louisville Slugger commemorates this epic of baseball legend. It has been engraved in silver with "RALPH BRANCA/BOBBY THOMPSON/OCTOBER 3, 1951/"THE SHOT HEARD/ROUND THE WORLD"/71 OF 100." Thompson boldly signed in vivid silver Sharpie below his name's engraving; Branca boldly signed in vivid silver Sharpie below his, both signatures grade 9 - 10.
