Encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by PSA, with Autograph Grade 10 by PSA/DNA. Hall of Famer. Sandy Koufax has placed his very clear and precise, blue ink signature on the obverse of this otherwise unmarked, lightly circulated collectible. Elsewhere on the cardfront of his unmistakable and cherished 1955 Topps Rookie Card, the Dodgers star has added two inscriptions in a neat, printed hand: "Boys of Summer" (referencing a widely used nickname for his special 1950s team) and "1955 W.S. Champs." Koufax was enshrined at Cooperstown in 1972.
