While the Yankees won games one and three of this Players Weekend Series, Bellinger and the Dodgers staked out a 2-1 victory over the Bronx Bombers on August 24th thanks to Justin Turner’s two-run blast in the third inning. Bellinger collected a single and his 11th stolen base of the season in this game, with Kenley Jansen earning the save of Tony Gonsolin’s win.

Bellinger had a career year in 2019, setting personal bests in home runs (47), RBI (115), and batting average (.305) as the Dodgers finished the season 106-56 and National League West champions.
