Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt finished his storied career with 548 home runs during his 18-year career with the Philadelphia Phillies. The three-time National League MVP led the National League in home runs for the third consecutive season in 1976 as he clubbed 38 long balls to go along with 107 RBI and a .262 batting average.

Offered here is one of the Hillerich & Bradsby K75 Bicentennial model bats Schmidt used during the 1976 season. This bat displays excellent game use and is un-cracked. There is some checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel, which has been repaired on the left and back barrel. There are other marks on the barrel, including a few light depressions on the left barrel that cannot be attributed to ball contact. Schmidt’s number “20” is handwritten in black marker on the knob and the Hall of Famer has signed this bat in black marker on the barrel inscribing “1976”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B19092) for the game use and a LOA from JSA for the signature.
