Encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by PSA, with Autograph Grade GEM MT 10 by PSA/DNA. Hall of Famer, in his Rookie Card appearance. An outstanding blue marker signature ("Abdul Jabbar") decorates the lower obverse of this otherwise unmarked, early career gum card picturing a young Lew Alcindor. Additionally, the star has inscribed the milestone notations, "ROY '70," and "HOF '95" above his name scripting. The 7-foot-2-inch center depicted on this vintage Topps card (and identified on the card by his birth name) went on to rule the NBA for 20 seasons. This is a superbly attractive example of an especially desirable basketball signature.
