Albert Pujols crushed his 650th career home run on July 28th, 2019 against the Baltimore Orioles at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Pujols took Bundy deep in the bottom of the sixth inning, scoring Kole Calhoun to even the ballgame at four-all. The Angels went on to win the game on rookie third baseman Matt Thaiss’ second homer of the night, a walk-off blast in the bottom of the ninth inning. Pujols’ home run was his 17th of the season, with the former Rookie of the Year finishing on 23 home runs and 93 RBI.
This offered batting helmet is red, with the Angels “A” logo applied to the forehead. Pujols’ number “5” and the MLB logo are applied to the back of the size “7 3/8” helmet. The future Hall of Famer has signed the brim of the helmet in black marker, inscribing “Game Used” in addition to his signature.
