Hall of Famer Wade Boggs used this Adirondack 456B Model bat during the 1994 season, his second year with the New York Yankees. The bat displays evidence of outstanding use and has a small crack on the handle. There are many ball marks and stitch impressions on the right and back barrel. There are cleat marks on the back barrel and the aforementioned ball marks include blue ink transfers, along with white leather scuff marks. There is a light coating of pine tar on the lower handle and the Rawlings logo. Stamped onto the knob are the order number “98”), year “94”, and the model number “456B”. Boggs’ number “12” is handwritten on the knob in black. Boggs signed his name in silver marker on the barrel. This item comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (E36308) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10, plus a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (U77475) for the signature.
