Michael Jordan & Summer Premium Auction Closing July 18 10PM Eastern

It was the two words Chicago Bulls fans were hoping to hear – “I’m Back.” Those were the only two words Bulls fans need to hear regarding their favorite adopted son Michael Jordan. Jordan had led the Bulls to three straight titles from 1991-1993 before shocking the basketball world by announcing his retirement after the 1993 NBA Finals. Offered here is the letter that is believed to be the fax sent to the Chicago Sun Times on March 18th, 1995 and the type set matches the famous leaked photo on the desk at the Chicago Sun Times. This press release is from “FAME” (Falk Associates Management Enterprises) owned by legendary agent David B. Falk dated March 18, 1995. The “FAME” logo is on the upper left corner, while “For immediate release Contact: David B. Falk 202/686-2000” is printed on the upper right. The text reads “WASHINGTON, DC. (March 18, 1995) – The following state was released today by Michael Jordan, through his personal attorney and business manager David B. Falk, Chairman of Falk Associates Management Enterprises, Inc. (“FAME”) located in Washington, D.C., in response to questions about his future career plans:
“I’m back.”
Jordan has signed this letter in bold black marker across the center and inscribed “Best Wishes”. This letter has been matted and framed and is a great Michael Jordan collectible. This comes with a LOA from JSA (Z90080) for Jordan’s signature.
