Mikhail Gorbachev had many positions with the Russian government: President of the Soviet Union, Chairman of the Supreme Soviet, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, and General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. This 11"x14" color photograph of Gorbachev is signed in bold blue marker and projects nicely from a light area of the photo. The photograph comes matted to a size of 16"x20".
