Ty Cobb was the greatest hitter of his generation, and perhaps of all time. His career .366 batting average ranks as the best ever, and he won a Triple Crown! Cobb’s bat was rarely left off his shoulder, as is portrayed on this card. The card is accurately graded with multiple creases and light scuffs. However, it does exhibit strong colors. Also, for being a Polar Bear brand tobacco card, and only inserted into loose tobacco packs, this card displays well with little in the way of usual tobacco stains. PSA Graded PR 1.
