These lineup cards come from the first game following Cal Ripken, Jr.’s 3,262 consecutive game streak from September 20, 1998. The 5 ½ x 7-inch white home team carbon copy lineup cards have been filled out by Orioles manager Ray Miller and features Baltimore’s lineup for the historic game. Ripken decided shortly before the start of the September 20, 1998 game that he would officially end his streak. The lineup that day was Alomar, Anderson, W. Greene, Palmeiro, Pickering, Miner, Surhoff, Webster and Bordick, with Johns listed as the pitcher. Noticeably absent from the starting lineups is Cal Ripken, Jr. The sheets show moderate wear with ink smudges and overall toning throughout with light edge wear and have been recently signed in blue pen by Cal himself. These lineup cards come directly from the collection of Cal Ripken, Jr. and a signed LOA from Cal will accompany this lot.
