Chicago Stadium was constructed in 1929 to be the home of Chicago Blackhawks hockey games, and while these seats housed fans of many different events, it was the Blackhawks games which saw the most overall fans. How fitting then we have a trio of Chicago Stadium seats signed by three Chicago Blackhawk hockey heroes. These original stadium seats measure 55" long x 18-1/2" deep and 32-1/2 inches high. Painted a bold red, this trio are fully functional and remain sturdy in their support. The middle seat is affixed with a plaque which reads, "Genuine Artifact From Chicago Stadium Chicago, Illinois Home of the Chicago Blackhawks (National Hockey League) 1929-1944 National Football League Title game 1932 Chicago Bulls (National Basketball Association) 1967-1994 Authenticity Guaranteed By Seitz and Company Saint Paul, MINN 55104-6030." The backs of each seat are signed by a legendary Blackhawks player (and hockey HOFers), with bold silver Sharpie signatures of "Chris Chelios 7" on the left seat back, "Bobby Hull The Golden Jet" on the middle seat back and "Stan Mikita 21" on the right seat back. The overall condition is tremendous with usual nicks, scrapes and general wear very appropriate for an item used for decades. This trio of seats have a wonderful history, with three Stanly Cup titles, and three NBA Championships for the Chicago Bulls, and provide a great remembrance for any Chicago based fan who used to attend games on a regular basis in "The Madison Madhouse." Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Due to the size and/or weight of this item, costs of shipping could be substantial.
