Emeka Okafor has penned a flowing ink signature at the right side on the obverse of this ultra-premium collectible, and NBA Champion Dwight Howard has added his own bold name scripting to the left. The memento's cardfront presentation also incorporates a pair of bright "Logo Man" game worn jersey patch relics attributed to the respective athletes. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 8, Edges: 8.5, Surface: 9. A congratulatory statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signatures and genuineness of the patch components, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA. The wholly unique, limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "1/1." Near Mint to Mint-plus condition.
