This is truly a unique lot that any collector would love to have. The 1999 All-Star game was played at Fenway Park in Boston and fans saw the American League defeat the National League 4-1. Hometown Red Sox Pitcher, Pedro Martinez, won the game’s MVP award, while Red Sox Legend, Ted Williams, threw the first pitch. Included are two Rawlings Official All-Star Selig balls that feature red and blue stitching. One ball is signed by the National League team, the other by the American League team. Both balls show signs of usage with obvious yellow marks and scuffs, while the ink signatures grade from a range of (‘5-10’). Also included in this lot is the letter of authentication for the baseballs, which is signed by then Phillies Pitcher, Curt Schilling. The document has been folded and has a few wrinkles, while Schilling’s signature is clearly visible. COA by PSA/DNA and Curt Schilling.
