Playing in his 12th All-Star Game (consecutive and overall), Hall of Famer and baseball’s Iron Man Cal Ripken, Jr. once again represented the Baltimore Orioles for the American League. Ripken went 1-for-5 in the game with a leadoff double off of San Francisco Giants’ pitcher Rod Beck in the top of the 8th in the game played at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh where the National League won the game 8-7.

Offered here is the Louisville Slugger P72 model bat used by Ripken during the 1994 Major League All-Star Game in Pittsburgh. This bat displays excellent use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks and stitch impressions present on the barrel. Ripken has place a white label on the upper handle and “Game Bat 2BH 94 AL STAR GM (DOUBLED)” is handwritten in blue. This bat has recently been signed and inscribed "1994 ALL STAR GAME" by Cal and comes directly from the personal collection of Cal Ripken, Jr and a signed LOA from Cal will accompany this bat. There is also a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B24133) for the game use and has been given the highest possible grade of GU 10.
