Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals will go down as one of the most exciting in league history thanks to the heroics of Michael Jordan. In the famed game against Utah, “His Airness” came up with a steal before nailing a 20-foot jump shot with 5.6 seconds left in the fourth quarter to lift the Bulls to an 87-86 win and their sixth championship in eight years. Relive that incredible shot with this original limited edition (243/300) Rick Rush 16x10¼ drawing in a 21 ½ x 17 ½ black frame depicting Jordan just moments before releasing the decisive shot. Jazz defender Bryon Russell is seen with one hand on the floor after Jordan fooled him with a crossover dribble, and Jordan’s teammate Scottie Pippen is pictured looking on. The drawing features an anecdote in the top right corner featuring a synopsis of the play with the title of the drawing in the middle of the sketch. The bottom of the drawing reads “The Delta Center Salt Lake City” in the left corner, “Bulls vs Jazz” in the center, and “June 20th 1998” in the right corner. Rush’s signature sits below the drawing in the bottom right corner with the limited edition numbering on the left.
