Former Houston Astros second baseman Craig Biggio used this Louisville Slugger H176 model bat during the 1998 season as the Hall of Famer hit .325 with 20 home runs, drove in 88 and hit a National League leading 51 doubles in what would he his last All-Star season. This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, black ink transfers and bat rack streaks present on the barrel. There is a heavy coating of pine tar on the lower barrel/upper handle and the handle itself has been taped in an overlapping pattern to enhance the grip. Biggio’s number “7” has been handwritten in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B19045) for the game use and has been given the highest possible grade of GU 10.
