Former Boston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts used this pink Victus Custom Axe Model MB50 bat during the May 14th, 2017 game against the visiting Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park. Betts went hitless in the game but scored a run as the Rays won 11-2. This bat displays solid game use and is un-cracked. There are blue ink transfers on the bat and a light coating of pine tar on the upper handle. There is a mark on the handle that identifies the grain, which has been mandatory per Major League Baseball for all maple bats since 2009. The handle has a pink Lizard Skins tape to enhance the grip and the knob has an axe handle shape.
