Presented is a beautiful "Grid Star" two-toned football helmet from the 1930s. This mustard-and-black model is one of the most desirable styles among all the early football helmets. Fabricated form molded plastic with leather trim The helmet is all original, and grades as Good-Very Good with significant areas of wear, particularly to the inside near the earholes, is missing the original chinstrap with multiple scratches and abrasions on the outer shell. This helmet, with the "Grid-Star" name on front with model "110" below, all stampings still bright and legible. This is an nice example of an early youth helmet.
