Jimmy Rollins helped the Philadelphia Phillies get to the 2009 World Series, eventually falling to the New York Yankees. Rollins used this bat during that title year, as available factory ordering records, and player use characteristics indicate this bat was produced and used by Rollins in 2010. This un-cracked 33 inch, 32.5 ounce B257 block-letter model bat has "JIMMY ROLLINS" engraved on the barrel, the "B267" model number above and team "PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES" below. Also on the barrel is the code "J09-0136" indicating the supplier of the bat and batch number of the wood. This bat exhibits evidence of heavy game use with many prominent ball marks and stitch impressions, including blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs. Multiple cleat marks, bat rack streaks are also evident, as is a light quantity of MOTA stick on the handle, which also contains a 9.5 inch area of tape. Rollins' number "11" is on the knob in black marker and the cup has his number "11" is written in silver marker. This is a tremendous game used bat from Jimmy Rollins, during the season which he helped the Phillies win their second consecutive National League pennant. Full LOA from PSA/DNA, cert number I02239, graded PSA GU 10.
