On July 21, 2007 the New York Yankees swept a double header from the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, winning the first game 7-3 and the nightcap 17-5. In the first game, this base was used as second base from the 6th to the 9th innings, and exactly five months later on December 21, 2007, Jeter signed this base "Derek Jeter" in the presence of Steiner Sports and MLB officials. Both the signature and game use are verified and documented with the MLB hologram (BB477858) sticker on the underside, which link s to their website with all the information.
