Charles Barkley is in elite company as only one of four players in NBA history to score at least 20,000 points, grab 10,000 rebounds and dish out 4,000 assists. The Hall of Fame power forward and 1993 NBA MVP made his name with the Philadelphia 76ers before enjoying a successful run in Phoenix and ending his career with Houston.
This white 1989 Philadelphia 76ers game used Charles Barkley home jersey features “SIXERS” across the chest and Barkley’s number “34” on the front and back all in blue-on-red tackle twill. “BARKLEY” appears across the back of the jersey stitched in blue, while the jersey is trimmed in the 76ers’ vintage red, white and blue striping. The front tail of the jersey features a “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with size “50” and two white strip tags to the left that read “89” and “2”LB” indicating the jersey’s year and size modifications. The left chest of the jersey features an official stitched NBA logo patch. The jersey exhibits evidence of light game use and appears to be all original. The jersey comes with an LOA from the 76ers, as well as Dave Miedema, noted sports jersey expert.
