Ronald Reagan was one of the most popular and successful presidents in U.S. history, and he owned these authentic White House issue cuff links during his eight years in office (1980-88). Exquisite and highly detailed, they feature the American eagle and 50 stars with "SEAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES" around the outer edge. The president's signature is engraved on the back of each and the pair come in the original blue box with facsimile Reagan signature on the top. These cufflinks were given to former Boston Red Sox announcer Ken Coleman directly by President Reagan at a function that he attended. The cufflinks were acquired by our consignor at a sale of Ken Coleman's (Coleman pictured here) estate along with the 1967 Red Sox ring that appears elsewhere in this catalog.
