This red mesh pullover jersey was worn by nine-year pro linebacker Jamie Sharper during the 2004 season, his last with the Houston Texans. Sharper starts all 16 games in 2004, with 2 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and 137 total tackles. Sharper’s number “55” appears on the front, back and both shoulders in white-on-navy blue tackle twill. “TEXANS” is stitched across the front, small, on top of the number, below the collar. “SHARPER” is stitched to the nameplate on the back of the jersey in white tackle twill. Each shoulder features a strip of navy blue above the numbers and the collar is solid navy blue. There are Reebok logos stitched to each shoulder. There is a Reebok “ON FIELD” tag on the left front tail with two small tags that read “44” and “4” L.B.” to indicate the size and size modifications. There is a strip tag inside the back collar screen with screening that says “03-44” with a separate tag "S" stitched alongside. Sharper’s signature appears in black Sharpie on the left side of the second “5” in the number on the back. The jersey exhibits evidence of light game use and appears to be all original. The signature comes with a PSA/DNA certification number “U77464” and the jersey has an LOA from Jamie Sharper.
