Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA. Hall of Famer, in a scarce Rookie Card appearance. As a hobbyist's attention turns to the modern era in gum cards, the range of high-profile items requisite to the advanced collection diminishes. Among these more recently issued superstars, however, is this Topps Mini rookie rendering of Robin Yount. The piece appeared in 1975, and as a restricted-production, "parallel" printing, Topps experimented with images of reduced dimension. This, then, is that #223 Robin Yount rookie card rendered in the mini-format. The offered card has been examined by PSA and declared virtually perfect. This rare specimen is .0046% of its kind that can boast the ultimate grade (among more than 2,100 copies validated by PSA). Super-sharp Gem Mint condition.
