U.S. Navy Seal Robert J. O’Neill has signed this black Navy Seal flag. O’Neill alleges to have killed Osama Bin Laden during the May 2011 raid on the Al-Qaeda mastermind’s compound in Pakistan as a member of Operation Neptune Spear. A decorated Navy Seal, O’Neill served from 1996 through 2012 and is the recipient of the Silver Star. He has signed this flag in silver marker. O’Neill inscribed “Never Quit!” in addition to his signature. This item comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (9A36871).
