As one of the early 20th Century’s premiere hitters, Tris Speaker, slugged his way to over 3,400 career hits, while playing a splendid center field for three different teams. This 22 inch Louisville Slugger Model "40TS" bat is superb with a deeply burned center brand, a brilliant golden hue throughout and bold, colorful decal. The decal measures 4-1/2” and the primary area of Speaker's image and the "Louisville Slugger" words are nearly pristine. However, there is a light area of chipping through the Speaker facsimile signature, moving east to the edge. This is an exceedingly scarce Tris Speaker 22 inch decal bat with rich color and fantastic image, is stronger than 95% intact.
