Long before he departed New York Yankees for the Seattle Mariners, lie every other young player Robinson Cano had to work his way up the Yankee chain. In 2001, Cano played in the rookie Gulf Coast League, helping them win the league title. For being part for that championship team, Cano was presented with this ring. This Balfour CE ring has a single CZ faux diamond embedded in a blue stone, in the midst of 16 smaller stones (one is missing). This is all surrounded by “2001 GULF COAST LEAGUE CHAMPIONS” on the perimeter. The one shank has the name “CANO” with the NY insignia and "TRADITION." The other shank contains the Yankee logo and "PRIDE". This size 10.5 ring weighs 29 grams, has his name "Robinson Cano" and “BALFOUR CE” engraved within the band. Excellent condition with some scratches and the missing stone.
