Peyton Manning will one day leave the NFL as arguably the game’s all-time greatest quarterback, a title the surefire Hall of Famer solidified after leading the Indianapolis Colts to a Super Bowl XLI title over the Bears in 2007. This signed blue game used Reebok Indianapolis Colts jersey features Manning’s signature in bold, black sharpie on the “8” on the back of his number “18” jersey. Manning wore the jersey in a 34-17 win over Seattle Seahawks on Oct. 4, 2009. Manning went 31-of-41 passing for 353 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. The jersey is unique in that it has a pink captain patch stitched on the right chest, a show of breast cancer awareness by the NFL during the month of October. The “NFL EQUIPMENT” logo patch on the neck of the jersey is slightly tilted to the left, something that is photo matched from documentation of the game. The jersey features “MANNING” stitched in white on a blue name plate on the back of the jersey and his number “18” stitched in white on the front, back and both sleeves of the jersey. The front tail of the jersey features an “NFL EQUIPMENT” patch with two white affixed tags that read “4” L.B.” and “50,” indicating the size of the jersey. A white strip tag stitched on the inside collar of the jersey reads “09-50” to indicate the jersey’s year and size. The jersey comes with PSA/DNA certification number N58154. Colts LOA as well.
