Hank Aaron had a storied career in Major League Baseball, breaking Babe Ruth’s home run record of 714 home runs in 1974. Before he achieved that milestone, Aaron earned the National League MVP during a 1957 season that saw the Milwaukee Braves win the World Series against the New York Yankees in seven games, the sole World Series victory of his illustrious 23-year career. Aaron led the NL in home runs and RBI during the 1957 season that also saw Aaron selected to his third of his 25 All-Star appearances. Aaron earned entry into the Baseball Hall of Fame on the first ballot in 1982.

Presented here is a Mitchell & Ness replica Milwaukee Braves jersey signed and inscribed by baseball legend Hank Aaron. The white wool zip-up jersey has navy and red piping on the buttoned placket and sleeves and features “Braves” is displayed in cursive across the chest in red-on-navy tackle twill. The Braves Tomahawk paraph in black, yellow, and red tackle twill appears across the chest. An MLB Cooperstown Collection Mitchell & Ness manufacturing tag appears on the jersey’s left front tail. A Mitchell & Ness manufacturing tag with a Cooperstown Collection retail tag attached are located on the inside collar. The number “44” appears on the chest and back of the jersey in red-on-navy felt. The Braves’ warrior logo appears on the left sleeve of the jersey. Aaron signed and inscribed “1957 NL MVP” in black marker on the front of the jersey with a black marker. The jersey is in excellent condition and this signed and inscribed Milwaukee Braves replica jersey comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA (B95394).
